"Taj Mahal" was also an inspiration for this devastating parody on the role of bureaucracy in the sub-continent. While the "Taj Mahal" project is going through the unending bureaucratic process, the contractors and government officials built their own palaces. The all-powerful Emperor eventually dies with his dream unfulfilled.
